The City Commission and the Mayor of Miami Beach acknowledged Larry Feingold's reversal of a $28 million Court judgment against the City involving the Miami Beach Marina; authoring the City's Human Rights Ordinance now used as a model for Civil Rights nationwide; and winning a Federal Court decision that kept the Ku Klux Klan from protesting at the Holocaust Memorial.
